Widely published scholar, cultural activist, and acclaimed film producer (Gaga: Five Foot Two, Legacy of Black Wall Street). She has almost two decades of curatorial and executive leadership at prestige cultural organizations, including Film Independent, Tribeca, and Sundance. She earned her doctorate at the History of Consciousness program under Angela Y. Davis. -
Moj Mahdara
Founding Member
Active Investor & Entrepreneur with expertise in Gen Z and Millennial and a focus on Consumer Tech, CPG and Web3. Moj built the globally-recognized Beautycon, the "Super Bowl" of the beauty industry, and has been recognized on Fast Company’s “Most Creative People” list and The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 25 Most Powerful Digital Players.” Moj is the Co-founder of Kinship Ventures and Partner at Intuition. -
Yasmin Green

Yasmin Green is the CEO of Jigsaw, a unit within Google that addresses threats to open societies. She leads an interdisciplinary team that researches and develops technical solutions across a range of global security challenges, including violent extremism, repressive censorship, hate, harassment, and disinformation. -

Nicolette believes authentic storytelling has the power to change the world, and has worked as a disruptor in fashion, beauty, and media for over 15 years. At IDC, Nicolette leads strategy, communications, public relations, and partnerships, with an emphasis on high-impact moments, special projects, and earned media that support the pursuit of democracy in Iran. -
Amir Soltani
Advisor
Human rights, civil society activist and executive director of a major family foundation, Amir has experience with foundations, media and nonprofits. He has initiated and managed a range of Iran projects. At Harvard, Amir wrote an open letter to President Khatami that was signed by over 100 academics and Nobel Laureates. His graphic novel, Zahra’s Paradise, about Iran’s 2009 protests, has been translated into 16 languages. -

Mandy holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and has helped billion dollar brands to political figures and nonprofit organizations grow their presence online for over a decade. At IDC, Mandy's focus is on high-impact digital programming designed for virality and community-building. -

Farnaz Dadashi is a celebrated creative strategist, and human rights advocate with a background in art, editorial, media, and sales. She is passionate about using art as a medium to connect people and promote understanding and empathy among diverse groups, and brings that lens to her work at IDC. -
Sarah Ramani
Advisor
Sarah Ramani was born in Mashhad, Iran and lives in Turkey. As a social media activist specializing in Twitter and Instagram, she is committed to amplifying the most important daily news - from the Metropol disaster to the Khuzestan protests. Her network of journalists, war photographers, feminist activists, families of victims, and former prisoners is key to her approach to amplifying news, videos, photos, and research from Iran. -
Dana Adibifar

Dana Adibifar is the founder of Gen Z Global Affairs and the host of the Gen Z Global Affairs Podcast. She is also the secretary of the Iranian American Youth Group and currently serves as a youth advisor to the city and county of Denver’s Department of Transportation. She is a researcher and writer at IDC.
